Not happy at all

I have been waiting for my parcel aswell. Got a txt at 9.30am that my parcel will be arriving between 8:00am to 6pm, then got another txt at 10.45am saying my parcel will arrive between 6:15pm to 7:15pm and then got another txt around 7pm to say that my parcel will be delivered by Gary at 6pm?

I have been home all day waiting for my parcel, although I was off sick today but I hve been up waiting for this parcel to arrive now the time is 7.45pm. This company is crap, I am so furious and I do to know why big brands uses them. Poor poor service.

Please accept my apology for these delays - unfortunately, the driver was unavoidably delayed. I see that the parcel was delivered at around 9pm on Friday - was everything okay when we visited? Please email socialmedia@dpd.co.uk if you need any assistance.
