Very fast order dispatch. The delivery company used - GLS - were very poor. They did not deliver the parcel but forced me come to collect from their depot. Not directly HH's fault but perhaps UPS, DHL or FedEx may be a better option...
I had an issue with the sheath to a knife i purchased - the button was broken on arrival (poor quality assembly and the steel button had come apart). Although HH were willing to replace it without any issue, I first had to return the faulty item, overseas, at my own expense. Given it was faulty I do feel HH should have paid the P&P...A replacement was apparently sent 3 weeks ago. When I enquired a few days ago where my replacement was, I was told to wait at least 4 weeks...that's a long time - I do live in the EU!
All in all - good service when things are going well. Unfortunately if you have an issue, such as a faulty item - the service is a little disappointing given the very positive reviews for HH. Perhaps expectations were to high as a result :)
