dealing with faults,,
My furniture was delivered in October 2012, after a few weeks the wardrobe door had dropped, a technician came to effect a repair with some packing this seemed to solve the problem,, we all know that real wood will have some shrinkage and movement,, a few more weeks passed and the 2nd door dropped again we asked for someone to come and sort it out,, the technician arrived and after taking pictures he again set about yet more packing,, we were told it was because we had put clothes in it the problems had occurred,
the next day I again asked for a technician to come back as we could not open the door at all, a few days later 2 really efficient technicians arrived to check out the problems, I have to say that these 2 guys really knew what they were doing, the work they did on my furniture is excellent, we now have a wardrobe that is fit for the purpose for which we had bought it,, A big thank you to Richard and his co-worker, who's name i didnt get, what is that old saying, 3 rd time lucky well for us it was.. Clair and Kevin from customer service were so helpful, thank you both for all your help,, Will we shop again with this store, not sure about that..

I ordered my new mattress Tuesday afternoon,, as promised it arrived the next morning,, it was everything I had looked at on the web site and more,, Its comfy and I have had the best nights sleeps that I have had in months,, highly recommended company,, thanks for your great item and super fast delivery,,
