I have used Parcel2Go in the past and everything went smoothly. Love their prices! This time however, I was sending a parcel to Barbados and they don't have postcodes yet. The system told me it could not process the order without one. I clicked on Quick Chat an spoke to Adam G who sorted out the problem for me most professionally and helpfully. It's encouraging to find this level of customer service which is so rare today, so I will certainly use them again.
