Please never ever use this company. An absolute joke of an outfit!
I ordered a dozen roses, box of chocolates and a bottle of champagne on 11th Feb to be delivered to my girlfriends workplace for before 2pm on Valentines day. I received an email confirmation of the order within a couple of minutes and also an email on how to track the parcel through myyodel (another nightmare of a company!!)
Being a first (and only) time user I thought all looked good. Until when using this tracking facility I realized that at 115 on valentines day the parcel was still not dispatched from the sorting office!! Alarm bells started to ring!! When my partner left her workplace at 2pm having not had her gift of flowers I decided to enail my dissatisfaction only to discover that it went to a sorting website! Having sent three emails I have stil to receive a single reply to either! On tracking my complaints I can see they haven't even been looked at!! I tried to phone them to complain only for my call to be answered and then hung up on!
Imagine my surprise when I got a confirmation email exclaiming with delight that my order had been delivered.....on the 15th feb..just the 24 hours late!! Then also imagine my delight at being informed by my girlfriend that there was no champagne with the delivery but a £5 gift voucher off her next order!! There will NEVER be a next order!! A total joke of a company that gives no thought to customer satisfaction or has a proper complaints procedure in place.
