great but not quite what i expected

well its a nice mic stand but it isnt the one displayed on the website...still nice and good value but not what i ordered. they said pic was out of date and they checked and suppliers could no longer do the one i expected. No offer of a refund or return. Its ok i like the stand and will find a use for it. but its not the one i needed
