Buying our kitchen from Wren was an extremely efficient and satisfactory experience. We had renovated a 100 year old bungalow and transformed it into a house with a modern, open plan interior to accommodate a little person with special needs. Our Wren kitchen has just 'made' the downstairs living area. The design service was second to none and, despite our changing time scales, the delivery team got it spot on. Thanks to everyone.
The delivery driver did not bring two items because they were damaged back at base. However, we neither have the parts or the refund and we are unsure of the next step. The lady at the end of the telephone was helpful but no one has got back to us with a response. £23 is £23 pounds after all. Otherwise, a quick and efficient service.
