I really like all the food and I am finding it really easy to follow. At the end of week one I feel great, I haven't weighed myself but my skin looks great and I feel better in myself and (shock horror) Not Hungry! Hooray!
I supplement with fruit/veg so it can get a bit pricey but I don't want to buy in bulk in case I get bored.
The snacks and range of 'treat' like food (Indian and biscuits) mean I don't feel like I am depriving myself.
It's less than 1200kcal a day so there is room for extras if you need them.
