This is my second time with Diet Chef and the meals are now more delicious and there's lots of choice. Weight loss is slow and steady - if you don't cheat and have too many of the treats on one day! The meal portions do make you realise why you have been perhaps eating too much and teach you what a sensible size portion should be.
My only problem is the breakfasts as I can't eat nuts so the mueslis and bars are not for me and porridge gets really boring. I prefer a boiled egg or some fruit and yoghurt for breakfast, so would like the option to buy just the lunches and dinners - at a cheaper price of course!
