felt that I was rushed into the purchase of a new boiler without being given an alternative, despite asking for a comparative quote. i had to ask numerous times for the quote in writing which took an age to arrive and when it did i found out that the fantastic warranty deal which the technician kept banging on about was conditional on you guys servicing it every year. the technician had many opportunities to tell me about this condition but had failed to do so. pretty disappointing especially considering the "transparent" claim in your unbelievably annoying jingle we have to endure every time we phone up.

a very poor customer service experience which i am reminded of every day when i cycle past your offices.
