I pre-ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife on Valentines day, not only did the flowers turn up a day late, iFlorist didn't respond to any queries on Valetines Day when I (and many others) tried to chase up our orders. They also didn't answer phones, respond to tickets logged on their own ticketing system, respond to tweets or Facebook posts in the days after Valentines Day when hundreds of customers were trying to claim refunds for late and undelivered flowers, do not use them!!!
