Do not order from this company, will never use again

My Fiance ordered roses for valentines day from this company to be delivered before 2pm, as reading a lot of the other reviews it looks like we are not alone on this. I still haven't recieved my flowers! On Yodel tracking it shows the flowers are delayed, then sent back then sent out for delivery again then delivery not attempted and sent back again and now out for delivery again today. After numerous emails and trying to contact them on the phone (which never gets answered) I finally managed to speak to someone online today. They said that my flowers are out for delivery today!! I said I do not want them now and would like a full refund. I have been given a number to contact but to be honest I'm fed up of chasing this company!!! I insist on a full refund and would like someone to contact me asap!!

Very quick to take the money out your bank!! Shambles of a company. Will never use again.

Delivery of flowers turned up this afternoon, damaged box, dead flowers and to top it off not the flowers my fiancée ordered me. He ordered roses I got carnations with lots of green flowers to! Not a rose in sight. I could of got better flowers from my local garage. Didn't accept the flowers as they were damaged and not what he had ordered and paid for so I sent them back with the delivery driver. Iflorist you need to sort it out. I would like a full refund!
