Could be better!

I ordered two dresses on Friday with next (working) day delivery, so they were to arrive today. I received the parcel as expected but instead of two different dresses I was given two of the exact same dress. I have no idea how this was done as it clearly states on my receipt the two dresses I ordered and they are completely different.

So I emailed customer support and I am waiting for a response as to how the problem will be fixed. I am sure they will resolve this problem as they are a lovely, friendly team but I suggest in the future they pay more attention to what they are supposed to be sending as this is yet another problem with this company.

On the other hand, I love the missguided collections and will probably buy from them again as even though they can make mistakes, they resolve the problems as best as they can.

I would definately shop at boohoo again, arrived in three days (earlier than expected) and the clothes arw amazing quality! :-) :-) :-)
