Great prices with lacklustre customer service

Overall Zavvi are fairly decent, they offer decent prices and good deals every few days. They also have a decent selection of things on offer. However when it comes to preorders they aren't always the most reliable, with things not arriving on the projected release date. The customer service is downright terrible. I have on a few occasions had to send messages to their team in regards to orders, and to begin with they were pretty prompt responding within 1 -2 days. Recently however, they sent me an incorrect item and in order to return it you need to contact them to receive directions on how to return it and get a returns receipt. However 5 days have passed now since I requested a return with no response, and bearing in mind they have a 14 day returns policy I'm getting somewhat agitated.

Reliable, well-priced and speedy service

I only started using Shopto within the last couple of years, but in that short time I have nothing but praise. The prices are for the most part excellent, with numerous sales and offers. They also have a very good loyalty scheme. In regards to customer service, I have not had to contact them many times, but the times I have they have been largely very helpful via email, their contact centre or on the phone.

Fully recommend using them if you are huge fan of gaming! :)
