I am sorry to read you feel this way Ian. I have looked into your order and the product you ordered was out of stock at the time of ordering. We keep our customers informed of stock levels, waiting times & delivery dates all the way through the ordering process. Customers are prompted in the 'shopping basket' if a product is out of stock and how long it will be before available again. Customers also receive a confirmation email immediately after ordering which lists products ordered and the delivery date. Having investigated your order I have found that your original delivery date was not changed and your conformation email will show this.
