I have used parcel2go on a few occasions and not had a problem. However on one occasion a parcel I sent ended up being delivered damaged so I used the online live chat claim service. I was put through to a very helpful lady called Katie who dealt with my claim swiftly and professionally. I was unable to receive the refund into my paypal account but it was placed in my pre pay account straight away, with the carriage refund imminent. I was concerned about using parcel2go again but Katie has restored my confidence in the company, thanks again Katie!!
