Delivered on time, very well packaged, spotless and comfortable mattress - just what we needed.

After choosing what I wanted from a very well designed, easy to use website. The system crashed during the payment stage, and I wasn't sure whether the order had been taken or not.
It was late Friday night, so I waited until Saturday morning to confirm the status.
The first person I spoke to - told me I would have to wait until Monday when the accounts office opened to confirm whether the payment had gone through or not.
This was wrong, I rang again took another option on the multiple choice telephone offerings we all have to manoeuvre these days, and spoke to a different person; who checked the status - confirmed it hadn't gone through properly and they re-assured me that using the site to pay again, would not result in two mattresses being delivered. After that everything was great - good product, delivered on time, exactly as stated. I will be using this company again.
