I ordered flower to be delivered before 2pm on valentines day! And I waited all day and finally the flowers were delivered after 5pm! The flowers do not look fresh and different to the photos on their website! I emailed them but there was no response at all! However I was refunded after a week and received a letter explaining the delay and apologies for their late delivery. So I am happy with the way they dealt with my complaint and hope they will keep improving their services.
