Good customer service should be a given. It isn't, sadly, so this purchase was a nice surprise.........

From the phone call placing my order, to the fabulous mattress arriving, when it should, on the day it should, there were no problems, just courteous, helpful and friendly service. Thank you for bringing a mattress which has given me back a decent night's sleep.
