Everything was just perfect

My wife and I booked vi
The staff were really friendly and professional and very helpful.
The food was fantastic
I heard one waiter say "we always serve ladies first" which was nice.
I also noted that some other customers brought their own wine and the restaurant were happy to provide chillers.
I would recommend Roastitbubblyjocks to anyone


The worst customer service I have experienced

I ordered 12 red roses to be delivered on Saturday 16th Feb, order made on evening of the 12th.
I received an automatic confirmation of my order.
The next day I received an e mail advising that my flowers could not be delivered on the requested date as the courier needed 2 days to deliver to a rural area. They offered to deliver on Tuesday 19th.
I responded advising that as I have a Glasgow post code , where I live could hardly be described as rural.
The very curt response I got from [Name removed], was a measure of the very poor level of customer service offered by this company?
She responded As advised in my earlier e mail we are unable to deliver on the requested date. Would you like me to arrange a full refund?
I responded advising that I live in a place where the population is over 45,000 hardly rural by any description.
I also asked to be directed to someone within the organisation who could improve on such poor customer standards.
When I was making my initial order I searched Marks & Spencer flowers and ended up on Iflorist page, so I have also asked if they were acting as an agent on behalf of M & S.
I have yet to receive a response to this.
The story does not end here though.
Within half an hour of the very curt response from [Name removed] I received confirmation that the flowers would be delivered on Friday 15th, a day before I wanted them.
So I arranged to have. Friend come to the house to await their arrival.
They eventually turned up at 1830.
I wish I hadn't bothered, they were nothing like the flowers in the very professional photograph on the website
They arrived boxed but with no water, the petals were starting to go black at the edges and they looked quite pathetic.
It seems with this company the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
The attitude of their so called customer service department leaves a lot to be desired.
I will not be using the £5 voucher sent with the flowers and I will certainly not be using this company again.
I only wish I had read the other reviews before I placed my order
Just had another look at the flowers and there are 11 not 12, so you can add the inability to count to this companies list of failures

Update 17/02/13
Have had the flowers for 2 days now and they are already badly wilted?
Not surprising as they were delivered without water.
The list of failures from this company continues to grow.
What an appalling outfit.
£40 for 11 flowers that were already dying when received daylight robbery.
