FLOWERS TURNED UP ON THE 15TH DESPITE THE GUARANTEED 2PM DELIVERY FOR THE 14TH!! THEY WERE DEAD AND THE SORRIEST FLOWERS I'VE EVER SEEN. TOTALLY RUINED MY VALENTINES DAY......AND THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO INCLUDE A £5 GIFT VOUCHER!

We tried all options to get the few orders that were caught by the weather delivered. It would have arrived on 14th as did 98% of our orders, but the weather in the area of our distribution plant caused the delay. We have processed a full refund.
