I ordered a table on 1st January 2013 and after numerous telephone calls, promises and waiting in for three days, it was finally delivered, damaged, at the end of January (their advert states delivery is 7 to 10 days). The item is also advertised as fully assembled but it was in fact partially flat pack.
After even more telephone calls, promises etc. I was assured that a replacement would be sent within a week - three weeks later, again after waiting in another day for delivery - I am still waiting!!!
The did however manage to have the damaged table collected.
It is excuse after excuse for bad service and I would never purchase from again.
A week or so after the table was delivered I was contacted by aftersales and received an apology and I am pleased to say they also offered me some compensation for the poor service I had received, so well done the aftersales service.
