Efficient with good products and customer service

Wine glasses at a good price arrived beautifully packed when promised. I particularly like the delivery system. A delivery date is emailed with the option to change to a more convenient date, which I did. On the day a text advised exact delivery time. The consignment arrived in good condition on time delivered by a pleasant driver. I wish other companies did the same. It would improve their profits as customers would be at home by prior agreement cutting out repeat calls or goods being left at a depot for collection.
