Purchased this product 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it!!!!

This product was purchased on 2/4/13 and still haven't received it. It states under the tracking # DELIVERY UNSUCCESSFUL!!!! This product was listed in Euro's which was confusing I thought the purchase price was $34.00 in american money, it was $64.00 in Euro's. Oh I live in the US and wasn't paying attention to Euro's sign. Very dissatisfied. Tried calling the contact # and it won't go through from the US.
