Absolutely awful online service

Worst online service I have ever come across. Billed me multiple times for the same thing, impossible to get to speak to anyone with a brain cell on their 20- minute wait premium number. Spent 50pounds in phone calls trying to rectify their mistake. Customer service idiots were very rude. Will never use them again and would recommend that you don't either. Still haven't managed to get the refund. Really sickening and upsetting. Will let all my friends and family know not to use Currys.
