Great service and helpfull support

Before ordering memory for my laptop, I contacted the help centre. They were very helpfull and supportive.
I ordered 2gb to go with the 1gb already installed. This arrived within 48 hours, which was very fast as I did not place the order until late in the evening.
I installed the 2gb module, but it did not seem to want to work alongside the 1gb.
Again contacted the support centre for advice. Again very helpfull.
After a bit of removing and refitting, swapping and fiddling, the 2 modules are now working fine together and the speed of my laptop is so much faster.
At no time was I pressured into buying 2 (matched) modules (which is usualy recomended, I believe).
The support felt GENUINE and not just a load of SALES TALK.
