The company posted out a weekly pack on 3rd May, due for delivery on 8th May. Finally arrived (after several phone calls) on the 13th May. Going to start the diet? Opened parcel, only to discover no bars as detailed on the list. Emailed them last night, now 24 hrs later, no response. Diet still not started.Should have been up and running 1 week ago. Frustrated to say the least. I willl post later when and if this is sorted out.
I have now emailed Exante my order number. If I had not come back onto Trustpilot I would not have known they needed this information . I had assumed they could contact me via phone number, email or my name and address. I do not understand why someone did not reply via a response to my original email to ask for this information if they needed it to address a complaint. I have had no direct contact from the company.
I have now had an email saying missing goods on their way. Will update when they arrive.
Missing goods arrived in the post today so all has now been resolved. I started the diet a couple of days ago. Shakes , soups and bars all fine as long as you don't expect them to be as emotionally satisfying as 'real' food. I had a muggy head on day one, but apart from that all fine. They save calorie counting and the rules are clear, so now no wondering if that little bit of cheese will make much difference! It's not allowed- if you can accept that, weight loss should be good.
Fast delivery after ordering.Well packaged. Bracelet and charms seem to be good quality with each being a decent weight and assembled before being sent. The bracelet was packed in a bracelet box. The box was made of plastic which was fine but maybe the option to buy a better quality box for an extra pound or two would be good, for special gifts that you want in a classier box. All in all, excellent.
