Excellent product but service let down by poor delivery.

First class item but service was let down by it's delivery. Our order had not been delivered by date specified and order tracking said we had signed for receipt of delivery the previous day at 12.30pm (No one was at home at that time). Further investigation found the parcel under a garden table! The delivery driver should have put a card through the door saying where the parcel had been left. This would of avoided alot of heartache.

Hi thank you for your kind review. I am sorry the carrier delivered "at any cost" but didn't inform you of where the goods were. The carriers we use are generally very good - or we wouldn't use them, but one can never legislate from a "rogue" delivery driver. I hope you will use us again in the future.
