Impossible to lock on

During the past 3 days I have tried to lock on to my account.

1: Without success as the link that should provide a mail to me does not work VERY POOR
2 Without succes as when I mailed Paypal the reply did not solve the problem VERY POOR
3 Without success as when I phoned them several times speaking with English and Danish speking employess VERY POOR
