Goods perfect, packaging way over the top, waste of resources, needs trimming down
Goods perfect... but the packaging was far to much for the small number of items purchased, this is not the first time, indeed everything I have ever had from Ironmongery direst comes in large boxes which are probably only 5% used and a complete waste of natural resources, ID's carbon footprint must be really large and needs reviewing.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us this feedback and for speaking to me today. As discussed we do take our carbon footprint seriously, and i will pass your comments on to our Distribution Centre Manager for investigation. We run a paperless system in our distribution centre, all packing from our suppliers that can be recycled is sent to a company that does this for us, we minimise any waste as much as possible.
