Flowers late and dying

Received order confirmation on the 13th Feb to say flowers would arrive 14th Feb, however they did not arrive.When tried to contact Iflorist was unable to as they were offline and telephone line was engaged.Eventually sent an email,stating flowers had not arrive.Did not receive reply back until 15th saying flowers were on way.When they arrived they were dying.They were a day late and put round back of house by delivery van.Wished I'd gone else where.
