Disappointed not to receive the flowers which were ordered by the date requested. It is difficult to allocated specific blame for this as appears to be a combination of factors including capacity to fulfil orders, weather, delivery logistics etc. That said, none of these issues are my personal concern, however, can be understandable to an extent.
My main complaint with this company has been communication which has been appalling. Telephones not being answered, online email messages not answered and the online chat makes you wait a very long time between each interaction.
I was given the advice that I should reject the order once this arrived late and I would receive a full refund. I am still waiting on this to happen!
My overarching opinion is very negative, and sorting all this out is a giant waste of my time!
