broken, but not for long

I ordered the east coast combi high cair which arrived within days, unfortunately when I opened it the feeding tray was broken in two. I sent off an e-mail and picture to preciouslittleone, asking if I could have a new part instead of sending the whole chair back. An e-mail came through the next day to say the part was on its way. I received it a few days later and my grandaughter enjoyed her first meal at the table with us. I am looking for a stoller next and will definately be looking at what preciouslittleone has to offer.
