Excellent Customer service

A year after my original oder PC Specialist sent a courtesy email to enquire what I thought of my pc? At the time I was considering upgrading the Operating system and obtaining a larger C drive. I received a response and proceeded with an upgrade order.
I recieved the goods within a week.
Cannot complain.
