I have made my order on January 18th 2013 and I have not received my parcel yet, even though according to BeautyBay, the items were dispatched very soon after ordering. This makes me feel very disappointed. It is not the first time I buy things using the internet but I have never been treated like this. I have called and e-mailed BeautyBay twice and the only answer was that I should wait. I still wait for my parcel or I want my money back. It is not serious to let the customers wait so many weeks for delivery.
