Most things have gone smoothly. The fitter was very talented and worked wonders. We have had an issue with one of the sliding doors, the first one had two dimples on the glossy surface, so the fitter re ordered another one. It was fitted yesterday early April. With the old faulty one in the van, the fitted bought up the new sealed replacement. Put it up and then found this one has a three inch scratch two out dimples and one in dimple. So four faults, the fitter said he was going to ring the company today, for a replacement. I have since rung the company to say how disappointed we were, and that the quality control at the factory must be almost nil. Guess it will be another two weeks plus before another door is fitted. Hammonds have had all the money and the fitter was paid, as non of the faults were his. Perhaps Hammonds should also not be paid the full amount till all the work and faults are completed. On the up side when they sort it out they will look fine. I will re review once the door has been supplied with no scratches or dimples. At the moment I can only give a three star. I am awaiting a call later from customer service.
