I had a bit of trouble with a parcel I sent, basically it got lost in transit. I spoke to a few different agents from P2G over a 6-7 week period trying to sort this out and track the parcel down. Every encounter with the Live Help team was a positive one and they were very helpful in trying to sort the issue out, especially Katie. She was by far the most helpful, very honest and seemed to be genuinely interested in sorting my problem. If only P2Gs' delivery ability was as good as their Live Help team.
