Excellent service; fast and easy to use.

I had loosely decided on my specifications beforehand, but PC Spec's system of dropdown lists and automatic compatibility checks made the process so much easier. The whole process was smooth and the end result was an excellent, very well-built gaming PC. While their customer service line can be busy at times with slightly long hold times, when you do manage to get through their staff are very polite and do their best to be helpful and solve any problems you may have.
