What a bad experience. Greedy me went with the company that gave me the highest price for my 2 old BlackBerries. Heres what happened.
1. They write to me to tell me that one of the phones does not work (when I sent it fully working) and they will only offer me £21... I got quoted £70 for my phone. The worst bit was, I would have to pay to have my phone sent back to me!
2. The other phone, they said was 'BlackListed' i.e Marked as Lost/Stolen property and I would not be allowed my phone back as they cannot send goods that could be stolen...
Both of these phones were fully working when they got sent... I have lost 2 x Phones unless I want to pay £10 to have my fully working phone sent back.
Please do not listen to the 'good' reviews on here. Notice the majority have been made by people that have only reviewed Cash4Phones... Coincedence? I think not. They probably work there!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Will go with Mazuma next time!
I had sold a fairly expensive item on eBay and I needed to send it to an adress in Kent (Im in E.Sussex). I tried to send via Royal Mail, but they were quoting me £21 for an item that was in a shoebox!
I went on Interparcel for some quotes, the cheapest being around £4 ranging up to £15. I decided to go with the next day option (around £9 inc. VAT). When I came to print out my label, my printer decided to pack up! But after a quick call to the Interparcel team, the money was refunded straight away and the order was cancelled (I checked my phone to see how long the call was... 47 seconds!).
Luckily I got myself a new printer and ordered again. The pick up to the final delivery was effortless and I could not recommend them enough!
