Terrible scam merchants - DON'T SEND YOUR PHONE!

I sent my Blackberry Bold to these guys as they gave me the best quote. But, like nearly everyone else, as soon as they received it they told me that "due to excessive wear and tear" they were reducing the offer fom £93 to £34. There wasn't a mark on the phone and I'm not a heavy user.
It's so much cost and aggravation to get your phone back you end up giving in.
Disgraceful scam. There should be a law against this behaviour and trading standards should shut them down.
Wish I'd looked here first!
