Witch Costume for Book Signing-Good, with a but...

I bought the classic witch costume for future book signings to promote my book, Caution: Witch in Progress. On the whole, it is great, with a good skirt, cloak and hat. The only problem is the top, which is much smaller than advertised. My 'witch' is only a size 10 -12, but struggles to get it on. I have also had to cut the elastic on the top part of the arms or it is far too uncomfortable to wear. I like the styles of the top, but anyone any larger would have major problems trying to wear it. My dealings with Escapade in general were efficient and prompt.
