Easy to book on internet, picked up the (heavy) suitcase on time from my home address. ParcelHero no problem delivering it to a remote area in France. Delivery was made well before time promised and the "live" tracking worked well - so I knew when it would arrive. Service was great - when there was a query, Parcel Hero phoned me and the problem was resolved. The price quoted was over 30% cheaper than other quotes. It was much cheaper to send the suitcase than to take it with us on our flight - and its waiting at our destination when we arrive. Brilliant
