Not really sure about all the negative reviews I've read, but after reading all of them, I emailed Skytours yesterday, regarding my concerns. I then decided to take my chances & buy my super affordable round-trip ticket (couldn't let the chance slide, the airlines were good, Singapore Airlines, Lufthansa & Cathay - doesn't get better than that, especially since I inquired w/ some travel agencies at a local travel expo, & flight tickets there would've cost me about $400 more) to Barcelona for April. They responded to my concerns after about an hour or so yesterday (Saturday), & now my e-ticket is "under process". Hope it doesn't take long to process, but it's only been a day.
