Beko DW 451 dishwasher ordered online on 9/1/13, and paid for in full. Informed that the item was not available, so order cancelled, and item ordered from elsewhere. Refund agreed on 15th January, but on 17th February no refund received , so 30-day refund limit passed. I suspect that this is deliberate policy to help cashflow, because incompetence alone cannot really account for this sort of delay. All sorts of helpful noises coming from customer services, but wall of silence from refunds department. How this company gets an average of 4-star reviews escapes me. Reading other negative customer reviews I can now see that my position is by no means unique, so other prospective customers should be warned.
