Great service
Ordered a new vacuum cleaner and received confirmation email. Then received email advising it was despatched and name of delivery company. Received an email advising of delivery time - 1 hour slot - and it was on time. All in order with the product... a great product from Bosch too. Very happy customer!

Fantastic service
Ordered the cleanse kit on a Tuesday and was contacted by both text and email advising of a next day dleivery. Was able to change to the day after that for delivery and in the morning received a text advising the hour slot delivery would be made. And it was 10 minutes into that hour. Really impressed...thank you!
