Absolutely Awful - Stay Well Clear

I ordered a ski helmet on 28 January and still haven't received it 3 weeks later. SnowInn took full payment (over £100) within days of the order. They keep promising delivery into their warehouse but then send emails saying it is out of stock. I can't get any sense out of the customer enquiries.
Now I receive an email asking me to review my purchase - I wish that I was able to!!
