I placed my order on 24/11/2012, but only received ONE item out of SEVEN! I tried contacting Customer service several times with no effect until I placed a negative review here.
After that on 18/02/2013 I was contacted by Simon Harrison from Customer Services, who gave me a choice between a replacement and a refund for the missing items. I chose a refund and expected to receive it soon as the e-mail said “I will arrange immediately”. I have been waiting for more than a month, I tried to contact Simon Harrison again, but got no reply. And no money. Am I expected to give up and leave my £60 as a present to BeautyBay.com?

I'm sorry to hear that you have not received the rest of your order. It is most likely that the order was sent in more than one parcel as all the items would not fit in one box. Customer Services will look into this and contact you shortly to help.
