Deceptive and cheating

Placed my order to be delivered on 13th feb., used a valid discount code from there facebook page, but noticed the charge on the card was full price, contact them via chat, the first rep told me that she needs time to get back to me and will email me, so after about 2 weeks and no email I contacted them again this time a gentleman told me the same thing and assured me that he will get it fixed, after the order was delivered on 13th I recived an email on 17th that they cannot adjust the price and cannot refund me the 10% off code my order was $110.90 plus delivery, so around $11.00 is owed to me.
they shoiuld have told me before that they wont be honoring any discount codes, bthw the discount code came from there own facebook page for 10% off any product there were no restrictions listed.
