Quick, easy to use and paid what they said they would

Having never used the service before I was a little unsure of what to expect. I was very pleasantly surpised how efficient the process was. It was easy to see how much they would offer by typing in the barcode, instructions for packaging was emailed quickly and was very easy to print out. Dropped the package off at a local newagents and I had emails from Music Magpie all the way through the process to keep me informed of what was happening. Payment was made promplty. I could not have asked for a better service.

Easy ordering process, arrived within specified time and in perfect condition.

I was very happy with the ease of the ordering process. My order arrived within the 3 days specified and was exactly as described. I was very pleased wih the price of the product compared to other places offering the same product.

The only slight improvement you could make to your process is the email advising that the product has been dispatched, as that email was sent to me after the product had arrived. As I had the product this didn't bother me and would certainly not put me off ordering in the future but as I was advised I would receive an email when the product was sent this obviously didn't quite work in this instance.

We appreciate the feedback. You are absolutely right about the despatch emails - the process to send the emails on completion has been 'slow' in the last week or so. This is being rectified and does not slow down the actual processing and we would expect it to be somewhat more useful next time. Thanks for your custom and good luck with your running.
