My sister lives in New Zealand so I ordered some flowers for her birthday on the 7th Feb, to be delivered on the 9th. I became slightly nervous on the 9th when I couldn't track the order online and my sister had not received any flowers. I submitted my first email to iflorist to find out where the flowers were, as the live chat feature was offline. No response.
On the morning of Wednesday 13th I submitted another email to iflorist as again the live chat feature was unavailable. Still no response. On Wednesday afternoon, I received an automated email to say that the order had been allocated and would be delivered on the 9th. Isn't time travel a wonderful thing?
A week later, no communications from iFlorist and the flowers are left on the doorstep in the New Zealand sun. Wilted and a week late, an excellent birthday present.
